4. Important Shipping Information

• A tracking number is emailed immediately upon dispatch.
• Heavy engines require proper unloading equipment (forklift or hoist) at delivery address.
• Inspect the crate immediately upon arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt.

2. Take clear photos of the crate and damage.
